This Ruger LCR 5450 is a double action that chambers the powerful .357 Magnum in a compact, five shot revolver that weighs only 17 1/4 ounces. The barrel, as well as the cylinder on the .357 Magnum LCR, is fabricated from Carpenter 465 stainless steel. This material has a much higher yield strength than the 17-4 pH aerospace-grade stainless steel used in the +P-chambered LCR. Grips on the Ruger LCR are of the one-piece mono-grip design from Hogue and fasten to the revolver with the use of a bottom screw. The LCR has replaceable pinned ramp front sight and a u-notch integral rear sight and is finished in Ionbond Diamondblack™ for extreme durability.
